hi, Chris, for the topic questions of the Academic writing section are different from that of General Training section, would you mind give me the scope idea of the topic questions in order for us to well prepare it. Thanks
There has been hot debates between people whether children have to spend more time by doing homework, whiles other against this idea and think that they have to be more liberated when it comes to spare time. It is my view that children should be exempt from doing their assignments since it deprives them from joyful childhood. And discussions of both points of view will be provided also.
It is first necessary to acknowledge, indeed, the importance of school requirement to do tasks at home as it directly affect children's time. I seams to me that this obligations for children are given in order to hone skills that being presented in school facilities as result many of them it solidifies their knowledge. Because of this, many individuals opt for homework. I know it from my personal experience since at school I being given a lot of assignments to do at the home, even though, I did not being pleased by that however my academic performance was indispensable part of home task.
On the flip side, another group of people are more inclined to allow younger generation more room in their free will as they are explaining this that children should be more involved in non curriculum activities as it way of teaching has become obsolete nowadays. The good example is Scandinavian countries where children not only free from studies at home but even subjects at school are shortened so it in fact contribute to the well-being of child and as result makes him less stressful at school.
In summary, majority of teenagers are perform better at school because homework, opponents of this idea prioritize their time over home assignments because it widen children's horizons.
Criticize me in the most horrific way

In present time many people are accord on it that teachers should give more homework to the students while others believe that they should be given the freedom to enjoy their adulthood. In this essay, I will discuss both views and will provide an overall opinion.
It is undeniable fact that students should be given more homework. This is becoming nowadays children are using mobile phones and some of them are even involving is an unethical thing, if children are given more homework then they don't have that much time to involves in such activities. As a result, they do not have many kinds of stuff to do to pass their time so they have to do homework to spend leisure time. A great example would be my small brother he used to spend most of the time playing games on the iPad, and I decided not to let him use the iPad until he passes the high school. Nowadays he spends most of the time doing the burden of homework given by teachers and given by me. This habit will be more beneficial for his future.
Conversely, children should be free to enjoy their youth, because the age of 16-17 is to exploring the world and learning new things. Parents should allow their children to let them visit with their friends so that they can experience something new on their own. Limitations should not be made because the phase teenager is all about making strong dreams and start working.
In my view, children should be given enough time to explore something new. However, students also need to do homework to pass their high school to achieve future goals.
To conclude, although students should be given more homework, they should also have the freedom to live their adulthood.
It's more of qualification certificate for non English speaking countries
I have a question regarding the IELTS. This is my first time watching a video from you guys so please excuse me if this has been covered in a video already.
I have a lisp and problems expressing/finding the right words when speaking. This does apply to my first language as well. So my question is simply how this affects the IELTS. I have tried getting rid of my lisp and it has gotten better and is not that severe anymore. What concerns me more is the problem of expressing myself. In my experience it's more of me thinking too much about how to express myself. Therefore my sentences often turn out to be longer than what they could have been. But that's not because of an insufficient vocabulary but more of me thinking too much.
Is having and doing something like that going to have a huge impact on the exams or am I overthinking things.
Thanks in advance.
Would we be penalized for writing more than 300 or 350+ words ????
