If you are talking about….
Keep fit
Improve your Fitness
lead a healthy lifestyle
get into shape – get fit
stay in shape – stay fit – stay healthy
Exercise
Go …ing (jogging, walking, swimming, ….)
Go for a walk / a run / a swim…
Do yoga, pilates,
Do some physical activity
We are drowning in health articles…
all blend into one….
unreliable…
Get motivated – are are up for a change…
Big build up
Don’t follow through – life takes over – get distracted
In the past…
Physical activity no so widespread – fewer facilities – less hype about nutrition and fitness – less need people did hard jobs, moved more…
Now….
Access to more nutritious foods
Access to gyms – information – learn about it –
Sense of community
I guess there are pros and cons
People paying taxes – get access to free health care – this can be seen in many countries – especially more socialist countries .
On the other hand…. Good to also provide private health care – give people a choice –
Health insurance schemes – only cover those making contributions, not those in the black market
In emerging economies – 60-70% people work outside the formal economy
More doctors and nurses –
Waiting times
Use technology to treat patients at a distance (elderly)
China’s search engine Bai du allows for online booking of appointments to see a doctor
Better equipment – training for staff
Bigger investment from the government
Education of the general public on preventive care
Re-thinking where the doctor is a part of the team, not the centre
Self-monitoring – holistic approach – more collaboration with alternative medicine suppliers (such as homeopathy, acupuncture, Chinese medicine…)

Hi Keith, I am from Vietnam. Thank you for your tremendously useful videos. I wish you health and happiness forever!
Hi Keith I hope u be healthy

I have a question how can be a good writer?
Thanks
Hello Keith, i am from India and my speaking and Pronunciation and Vocabulary is not good. Can you help me with your topic videos please. I am myself appareing for IELTS in November or December months…
Sir , your method of teaching very simple and good as well as amazing tricks and tips, so I am proud of you.
Hello Keith I'm Hishamunda J de Dieu from Rwanda a little country in East Africa there we use local language Kinyarwanda on 98%. few days I was following you on you tube
You are just awesome! I never ever get bored watching your videos.
Thank you so much sir ….
In my country, the majority of youth play different kinds of sports, they exercise at schools or even play regular football, and most of them go to the gyms to keep their body fit. Adults and elder people, who are health-conscious, often go for a walk to a park and most of them follow a light daily exercise routine.
Keith , in Brazil the health service is free for all the people
Are we allowed to use google during the exam? I don’t think so.
In this modern world with great development in technology, we have seen a rise in health issues specially mental health. Keeping ourselves fit is compulsory and as far as my country is concerned, we have a population divided in urban and rural areas and both have different lifestyles. Those living in the cities are busy working in offices and are found to have less physical activities. These people in their leisure time usually have facilities like swimming pools, sports complex or hiking trails to burn calories to keep themselves fit. And its also observed that those in cities with no exercise are mostly fighting with diseases like hypertension and diabetes.
On the other hand people living in the rural areas are mostly fit as their lifestyles are different to those living in cities. They don’t have luxury complexes for exercise but they are mostly busy in cultivating their lands, gardening and taking their cattle to the pastures which requires walking for kilometers. So this way people In rural areas need no specific activities to keep themselves fit, their lifestyles are shaped in such a way that they have healthier life.
Need correction for grammar and vocabulary please
Sir your teaching style is best. It help me to improve my English. I request you to please make some vedieos on current situation like pandemic, lockdawn, unemployment ,
Fantastic! Thanks my best teacher
i'm not seeking to achieve high score in ielts test can i use these videos to improve my english speaking ?
Hi Keith thanks for your good job well right is right you are teacher so please speak slowly and second iam living in forest so people in this side of the world not speak English please tell me how you propose to me for practice thanks a lot
Thanks sir
I've been listening, speaking and writing all together in order to evolve in all these skills. Do you think is effective?
Exemple:
How do people keep fit in your country? People can go for a stroll at a leisurely pace or walk at a brisk pace. We can also go jogging and get some fresh air.
People need to get into shape by cycling, jogging, swimming, running, climbing. After getting shape, people should keep fit. They indeed have to go for a jog, or go for a run, or go for a walk or go for a swim!
We can also do yoga for improving our flexibility and Pilates for correcting our posture. I have never done either yoga and Pilates before. Pilates has become really popular recently.
In the past, physical activity was not so widespread, we also had fewer facilities to work out and there was a lot less hype about nutrition. Today, things have changed a lot and it leaded to a sedentary lifestyle but in the other hand, we have many more options including gym facilities that make it easier to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
In my point of view, the health service should have a sense of community and be accessible for everybody, including basic healthcare treatment.
We are experiencing a raise of technology in the health system due to COVID-19. Nowadays, people can have a one-on-one medical consultation and the doctor is able to treat the patient by video-conference and you can book an appointment online. In order to prevent these consultations and act before something have happened, the government may create campaigns and encourage you to have an active lifestyle and hence prevent sickness. When it comes to our health, we should take a holistic approach and seek both mental and physical good conditions.
How can I get feedback
We do yoga..Sir please you also try to do. it helpes you to keep yourselves fit also physicaly and mentally health too…
Thank you sir
we all owe you Keith 🙂
All of your videos are very useful for the ones who would like to achieve a high score not only on IELTS but all other English proficiency tests. Big thanks!
